What is the best version of RVB to buy/download and where to buy?

So I would like to buy all 13 seasons of RVB. My question is whats the best place to buy them and what's the best version?

I would like to get the version where it includes all 13 seasons and seasons 1-5 are remastered and each season is in one long movie. I would like the highest possible resolution of all the seasons, so blu ray I guess.

In addition, I would like to get all 13 seasons (again with seasons 1-5 remastered) in their original episodic format where each season is 19-23 episodes.

Finally, I would like to get the original versions of seasons 1-5 in their standard definition format as they were originally released on the website. (In particular I would like the original release versions of seasons 1-3 un-remastered with the black bars covering the top and bottom of the screen). The reason I would like this specific version of RVB is the same reason people want the original versions of the original Star Wars trilogy to be released. It's nostalgic (it was the first version of RVB I saw) and they changed some stuff in the remastered versions.

I will pay whatever it costs for each version. RVB is my favorite series of all time and its about time I actually own the seasons.
